The Challenge: The NHS Innovation Pop-Up team was managing a rapidly scaling
ecosystem of health-tech companies, clinical trials, and multi-million-pound grants using fragmented
Excel spreadsheets and isolated web forms. They needed a secure, unified platform to act as a
"Single Source of Truth" without the bloat or exorbitant licensing fees of off-the-shelf enterprise
software.
The Solution: We engineered a bespoke, cloud-native CRM tailored exactly to their
operational workflow. The platform cross-links complex relational data across Companies, Contacts,
Projects, and Financial targets.
- Real-Time Dashboards: Automated tracking of YTD secured income, active clinical
trials, and expiring memberships based on dynamic UK Financial Year logic.
- Pipeline Automation: Dedicated "Holding Pens" that instantly convert public
inbound web forms (Jotform replacements) into active database records.
- Smart Data Management: "Shopping Cart" style event attendee tracking and
intelligent CSV bulk-importers with duplicate-detection.

directly into every record to drive team productivity.
The Result: A lightning-fast, highly secure operational hub that eliminated data
silos, reduced administrative friction, and provided leadership with instant visibility into their
innovation pipeline and financial targets.
The Challenge: Fellandale Running Club required a complete modernization of their
digital presence. Their existing website was outdated, not optimized for mobile devices, and relied
on a cumbersome update process that created bottlenecks for the volunteer committee.
The Solution: The goal was to deliver a sleek, mobile-first platform that was
completely frictionless for non-technical staff to maintain. Instead of a traditional database, I
engineered a bespoke frontend that uses Google Sheets as a headless CMS. The committee updates the
website simply by typing into a familiar spreadsheet.
The Result: If they add a new race result, update a calendar date, or paste an image
link, the website reads the data and updates the live UI instantly. Hosted on Firebase’s edge
network, the club's monthly server cost was reduced to exactly £0.00. The committee has taken full
ownership of their content with zero technical training required.
